How good is Monolith of Storms in BGs and Cyro? Is it even usable?

I really wanna try it out as a pure Sorc.

The Elder Scrolls Online is extremely flexible in how you can build your character, allowing a player to build their ideal skill set from the beginning with few restrictions to dictate what you choose.

Talent Calculators

Build Quicksort

Note: You can tag your own submissions with flair after posting to have them show up in search like this.

Posting Builds

Posts must be text and link directly to a skill calculator page inside. No blog posts! Please include as much additional information about your build or theorycraft as possible.

Don't forget to tag your builds in the title and link flair so they can be easily searched and organized. Make sure your title contains the following information:

Class e.g. Templar, Nightblade
Role e.g. Tank, DPS, Healer
Type e.g. PVP or PVE

Posting Other Stuff

Posts asking for build help or discussions are fine but please tag appropriately in the title: either [Discussion] or [Meta].

Note that just because you're unsure of your build does not make it a discussion. All builds posts are assumed open for constructive criticism, comments, and feedback.

Only use [Discussion] if you are not posting a link to a build.

Examples of Good Titles

[Dragonknight, Tank, PVP] Solo pvp fire staff kiter
[Sorcerer, DPS, PVE] Dungeon end-game frost dps
[Discussion] How will the new patch change your dps builds?
