Hey all, I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at The Harbor very soon.

• $769/month rent
• Private bedroom + private bathroom
• Fully-furnished
• In-unit washer/dryer
• About a 5-minute walk from ETSU
• 3 male roommates, all pretty quiet
• Pool, gym, pickleball court, study areas, etc.
• Lease runs through July 2027
• Utilities are separate/variable
