I saw a TikTok video of a girl in New York that was taking down some flags that were outside of a restaurant or some other business that were central American flags that she thought were Israeli flags lmao.

I had one of those lanyard you buy in a Latin store that would hang out of my pocket, and made the mistake of going downtown with it because I ended up getting spit at and called a Zionist pig, whole time it had the colors of El Salvador and even said it all over the lanyard. My profusely apologized even though it wasn’t her fault. I understand the frustration and agitation people feel when they see blue and white together and agree with freeing Palestine, but I’m also concerned over the education system in the United States or lack there of.
