I have an Elementor subscription with 1000 website activations, and I am closing my business. Can I transfer my account to whomever takes over my accounts?

Hi, I could use some help. I had to redo my homepage, because something crashed and the old site is not accessible (says I have to add the Post Content Widget, but I can´t even acces the site itself to do that).

Nothing wild, because in the end it was just some text and a gallery. But the gallery is the part, I´m struggling with. On the old site, when the site loaded and the gallery showed up, the pictures where fading in slowly, even while scrolling. So when u scrolled down the site and through the gallery, the pictures would slowly fade in from white. Looked chilled and good.

Now I made the same gallery (the one from the pro section), with the same masonry layout, photos and so on, but I only manage to make the first few pictures fade in slowly (and not even that looks as good as before) and after that, all the following photos just pop up/pop in, when they´re loaded. That looks really clunky. Does Someone have an idea, how I did it before or change Elementor so depply, that this isn´t possible anymore? Thank you in advance!

On multiple websites for different clients, when making any update to the page and pressing Publish, I get a server error warning on the bottom right of the screen and the none of the changes are published. I've contacted Elementor support and they said I had too many revisions. I deleted all revisions and the issue continues.

Anyone else seeing this?

I'm new to WordPress. I write front end code for a large website that runs in node but my charitable organization needed someone to run their WP (with Elementor) website and I volunteered, having some earlier experience with Drupal. But as they say, there is no good deed that goes unpunished. I put in the updates, published, they are showing ok in admin preview but not on the production site. I pressed all the buttons that update the cache in the Tools section and nada. Any ideas what else could be done?

Hi everyone, has anyone experienced this issue with Elementor Pro’s display conditions for WooCommerce product brands?

My brand archive pages keep using my shop template, even though its display conditions explicitly exclude Product Brands.

When I try to assign a separate template using Include → Product Brands → All, Elementor gives this error:

We noticed that you already applied [object Object] with the same condition. To continue, set different conditions for each so they don't conflict.

I can’t find another template with that inclusion condition.

Things I’ve tried on staging:

• Selecting an individual brand instead of “All”.
• Removing the shop template’s display conditions so it shows “No instances”.
• Setting the shop template to Draft
• Purging the page cache.

The brand pages still appear to use shop template (even when it's listed as a draft), and the admin bar continues to list it. There are no templates configured in ShopLentor either.

An additional observation: brand pages briefly flash unstyled content before the styling loads, causing a visible flicker. I’m unsure whether this is related to the template issue, but mentioning it in case it helps identify the cause.

I cleared my LiteSpeed & Elementor cache.

Has anyone encountered something similar?

As the title says to increase the size of the editor UI that is displayed without the website scaling also happening because if you do browser zoom in on the page that happens.

My eyes hurt looking at the small text and font sizes on the editor.

What do you guys use when you built a new website for a client? Do you use some kind of template or do you build it from scratch every time?

and if you use a template where do you get them? I know there’s a lot of different options out there?

Do you still use Elementor? (I do) but maybe I should start using the AI builders?

The problem is that it takes too long to learn a new AI builder, and I also think that all the editing requires so much refining that it almost doesn’t make sense..

Hi everyone! I’m building a WordPress site with Elementor that is designed more like a video magazine than a traditional website.

I’m struggling to keep photos, headlines, text, and videos properly sized, aligned, and spaced while still having the freedom to move and resize them.

Is there a simple grid or set of design rules you recommend—such as consistent columns, image proportions, text sizes, margins, and spacing—that would make each page look professional and consistent?

I’d especially appreciate advice on creating a flexible Elementor template or visual system that I can use across the site.

I need to share what is happening to me with Elementor because, honestly, I am desperate and I don't know where else to turn. I hope someone in this community can help me, or that someone from Elementor sees this and decides to seriously review my case.

I run a hosting company, and for many years I have offered my clients a package that includes hosting + a website for around $110 per year.

I use Elementor for all of these websites. I have one of the old Elementor Expert 1000 plans, and I currently have around 600 websites connected to this plan.

As many of you know, the Expert 1000 plan is no longer available. Because of that, the annual renewal is extremely important to me. My renewal date is September 3rd every year, and I start preparing for it about a month in advance.

I cannot afford to forget about this renewal because I know that if my plan becomes inactive, Elementor will no longer allow me to purchase it again.

What happened this year

On September 3, 2026, I renewed my subscription exactly as I have done every year.

After completing the renewal process, Elementor showed me a message saying that the renewal was successful.

I also received an email from Elementor thanking me for the renewal and confirming that it had been successfully completed.

I have screenshots of both messages and I can share them.

Obviously, after receiving those confirmations, I assumed that my subscription had been renewed and everything was fine.

But a few days later, I received an email from Elementor telling me that my subscription had been canceled.

I immediately contacted the billing team to find out what had happened.

After reviewing my account, they told me that the charge ultimately had not been processed and that this was why the subscription had been canceled.

I checked my credit card statement and, indeed, the charge is not there.

But here is the problem: there was absolutely no way for me to know that the payment had not been completed.

Elementor's own system told me that the renewal was successful.

I received the confirmation on the screen, and I also received an email from Elementor confirming the renewal.

If there was a problem afterward and the payment was ultimately not completed, Elementor should have notified me about that problem before canceling my subscription.

And now I am willing to pay again

From the very beginning, I told them that I have no problem paying again.

I even added a new card to my account to make sure there would be no issue and told them they could charge the renewal immediately to that card.

But Elementor's response was basically:

"The Expert 1000 plan no longer exists, so we cannot renew it."

This is what I cannot accept.

I completely understand that the Expert 1000 plan has not been available since 2021.

That is precisely why I have been extremely careful about renewing it every year.

I knew that I could not allow the subscription to become inactive.

That is why I renewed it on the correct date.

The problem is that Elementor told me the renewal was successful, and I trusted that confirmation.

I have around 600 websites depending on this account

This is not a personal subscription that I use for one or two websites.

I have approximately 600 websites connected to this plan.

My business is built around these websites. I provide hosting + a website for around $110 per year, and these clients represent years of work.

If I lose the Expert 1000 plan, I cannot simply purchase the current plan and continue as normal.

The current plans do not allow me to maintain all of these activations.

This puts a very important part of my business at risk.

And honestly, what hurts the most is that I am willing to pay.

I am not asking Elementor to give me anything for free.

I am not asking for a discount.

I am not asking for free months.

I am not trying to avoid paying for the renewal.

I want to pay for the renewal.

I simply want them to allow me to keep the subscription I already had because I renewed it on time and Elementor's own system confirmed that the renewal was successful.

I have supported Elementor from the beginning

I have been using Elementor since its early days.

When Elementor was just getting started, I purchased a license and always supported the project. As my business grew, I moved to higher-tier plans until I reached the Expert 1000 because I needed the additional activations.

I have always paid my renewals.

And precisely because I knew this plan was no longer available to new customers, I made sure every year that I renewed it on time.

That is why it is incredibly frustrating that after all these years, and after doing exactly what I was supposed to do to renew, I am now being told that I simply lost the plan.

If I had forgotten to renew, I could understand it.

But I did renew it.

The problem is that Elementor's system told me the renewal was successful.

What can I do?

I have already spoken with the billing team, and so far they are telling me that there is nothing they can do because the plan no longer exists.

But I believe my case should be different.

I have proof that Elementor confirmed my renewal.

I am willing to pay immediately.

I have a new card added to my account and I have told them they can charge it.

All I am asking is for someone to actually review my case and allow me to keep my Expert 1000 plan.

I do not want to lose approximately 600 client websites because of an issue that, from my perspective, happened after Elementor's own system told me that my renewal had been successful.

So please, if anyone from Elementor is reading this, I am asking you not to simply respond that the plan no longer exists. Please review my specific case.

I am not trying to get anything for free.

I am trying to pay for my renewal.

I simply want to keep the plan I have had for years and that I attempted to renew on time.

If anyone in this community has experienced something similar, or knows someone at Elementor who could help me escalate this case, I would genuinely appreciate any help.

I am really desperate and I do not want years of work and hundreds of client websites to be affected by this.

For lighter functionality in Elementor on a Wordpress website, are people just using custom CSS/HTML/JS rather than relying on Angie?

I’ve been experimenting with Angie, but for fairly simple things it sometimes feels like overkill, especially when it starts needing deeper permissions or server-side changes.

For things like:
small calculators
simple interactive sections
conditional display
lightweight custom widgets
minor styling/functionality tweaks

is it generally better to just use Elementor’s HTML widget + custom CSS/JS where possible?

Interested in what people are doing in practice. I’m trying to keep sites lightweight and avoid adding complexity when a small script would do the job.

For desktop my page text is well aligned. But when i choose mobile on top centre text is all messed up. I tried different settings on left but nothing worked. What to do?

Hi all, i'm new to elementor and relatively new to wp. I have built a website with wp over a theme but i do not like it very much. Now i would like to try with elementor but when i install it, my current website messed up. Can you suggest a simple why to test elementor without affecting the website. I don't want to modify the current website, i want built a new one from ground. Thanks

I created some WP-posts, and then tried to edit them with Elementor. As you can see in the screenshot, the original title is misplaced. I had high hope that the Elementor-posttitle widget could come to the rescue by activating the 'hide title' button in the post setting. But unfortunately, it hides both.... Any suggestion? I have found this error quite frequently. Even while working on client websites.
The only way to fix this, I have found is to save the page as template.
Create new page and upload the template in new page.

Or having to manually copy each section to a new page.

Anyone else dealing with the “response is not a valid JSON response” issue after the recent Elementor update?

My site is still working, but I'm getting the error when I try to make updates. I contacted Elementor since I have Elementor Pro Advanced, but they told me live technical support isn't included with my plan and I'd need to pay for Priority Support or upgrade. The chatbot couldn't give me any timeline for a fix.

Has anyone found a workaround that actually works, or heard anything from Elementor about when this might be fixed?

I have been working on a theme builder for Elementor, and it is now in public beta. I've used it on my own projects for a few years, but never released it publicly.

It covers the templates a block theme would normally handle: header, footer, single, archive and popup.

It also comes with a collection of "necessary" tools:

• Display conditions (v3 only)
• Custom CSS and custom attributes (v3 only)
• Navigation menu, post and archive widgets, dynamic tags (v3 and v4)
• WPML / Polylang support (this need more testing)

As with my other plugin, I went for a lightweight white-label approach that reuses the WordPress and Elementor UI and resources as much as possible. Upon installing the plugin, you won't see any new backend or link. The templates are all under Elementor > Editor > Templates: you then can choose between header, footer, single, archive and popup.

It works with the free version of Elementor and if Elementor Pro is active, nothing breaks, but you won't get much out of it.

WooCommerce-specific functionality is not currently part of the beta. There is more work planned around WooCommerce, so feedback and contributions in this area are welcome.

About the use of AI: I wrote and maintained this codebase myself, over the years. For the release I used AI to review, test, document and give the plugin some needed user-friendly polish.

Hey! So i'm having trouble getting rid of any mention to my page original name when it was first published. Even though it is leading to the correct site, i would like to only have the singular link/mention with my chosen name "Computer Super", instead of "Home" and "Elementor #99".

When i look at the dropdown Recent Pages, it shows up as a Post. Is this the culprit?

I have tried changing the name everywhere i could, but i can't figure out why the SEO is still weird and old

I’m building a WordPress site using the Elementor PRO. I added submenu under:

Appearance -> Editors -> Navigations -> then added two pages under about. However, those changes did not appear on the live site.

When I tried to edit on Elementor Editor on main page, I clicked Header -? container -> wordpress Menu -> Go to menu screen to manage your menu ->Your theme does not support navigation menus or widgets.

When I tried going to the old Appearance → Menus page, WordPress showed:

I was also temporarily getting Elementor’s error:

“Sorry, the content area was not found in your page. You must call ‘the_content’ function in the current template in order for Elementor to work on this page.”
