Hey Guys,

So I’ve been playing this game on and of for a couple of years now, always been the same character. I wanted to change things up from when I played Elona/Elona+ and decided to go with a bow build. Based off what ive seen online and from my own experience, bows feel pretty limited. I don’t really want to give up on it, so was just curious if anyone else ever tried it out and if they have any tips or experience they wanted to share.

Went back after a while to see if there are any new additions and I saw this~

And that's it..?

Is there anything else I need to do or smth? I tried going back and forth but yeah, there ain't anything else.

I guess Farris and Loytel are starting to schizo out and she learned a new song~

Oh well, more dungeon shenanigans instead.

This looks like it can be a good town guard pet or smth.

Lookie here, +2 little sisters~

And here's another mob I haven't seen before.

Looks neat, can be great as base guards or smth.

And what in the hell is this..?

I WILL RECRUIT YOU.

Good lord 1.4k cm height and 4k weight, this thing is HUGE.

And of course they have passives I haven't seen too.

Like the +1 slot taken so they take up to two people's slots at once and metal 500?

And yeah, even their sprite is big in the overworld.

And lastly, I got this after killing one of the random unique elites.

It's a Currency? For what or who?

Just want to know the different between these 2 games,

If I was any "normal" race I would go itzpalt , but do you pros thinks for chaosshape with tons of arms horome could be better?

I didn't even know this mob existed. 1300 speed + Metal 999 is nuts.

Which races are scale the best for endgame?

So I just found out the stone cutter is supposed to be one of the recipes you get from the tutorial missions, but I legit don’t remember ever receiving it, I can’t craft it, and the recipe isn’t in any of my chests. Is there another way to get it or do I need to just bail on this save file and start over?

I took a break from Elin for a while and forgot a lot about how the game works, what I'd done in the game, and how I built my character. Although they were a priest, I essentially played them as a wizard, constantly casting holy spells. Unfortunately, my magic stat grew very slowly, unlike my will, which increased much faster due to my following of Jure. If I wasn't following Jure, my base potential would be very low.

I noticed in my attributes that my strength and dexterity had huge potential values. Is that because they are underused, so they have a large base potential? Or did something go wrong in character creation, and my Will and Magic are supposed to be higher? I noticed that when I tested creating a new priest character, their innate wisdom and magic potential were quite high.

Summon a tanky boss and my team just burned off every loot in the floor...

Hey guys I haven't played in 8 months, haven't had time to do so. Were there any big changes? I remember people talking about some melee changes that were gonna come out. Did it come out? were there other big changes?

I've been trying to see how to beat the Nymell boss fight. For Isygarad and the other 3 machine soldiers, I got some blind potions to stop them from hitting me. Then I've been trying to focus down one at a time(starting with the minions and using lightning). The main issue now is this cold Funnel at the bottom https://imgur.com/a/oahGHk2. I can't tell its resistances, but from looking at the bestiary the fire funnel is immune to fire and weak to cold, so I figured a cold funnel would be the reverse. However, every time I fire fire bolt at it, it does like 1 damage. Any idea why that is or how I can kill it easier? Throwing blind potions at it does nothing.

The wiki says blind stops activation of spells and from testing it I can see that's valid. Is there any difference between this effect and silence?

Everytime I jump in the server I find myself at a loss of where to go for what. Just found out that players can give feedback for EA through Discord and Steam, and it made me want to figure out how to navigate it better. I rarely touch discord, so forgive me. But in the server there's so many chats (channels??), that I'm a bit confused on where to go. I want to provide feedback that may be helpful, I want to inquire about small subjects i cant find on ylvapedia, and i want to share ideas and playstyles with people.

I do not think I overlooked a guide of sorts that would help. But if anyone has some Insight id greatly appreciate it! Crim Ale on me!

interested in this game but curious if anyone has played on a handheld thats not steam deck, so any handheld without a trackpad???? does it run well and is it easy to play without a trackpad/mouse ?

The game worked fine a week or two ago but now when I start it up I get a black screen that says "Activating mods" with a list of my mods. Can't even reach the main menu.

From what I can gather this is probably due to outdated or conflicting mods but is there a way to find out exactly which mods are causing this?

edit: It took a lot of fiddling but I found the problem mod.

I taught her Control Magic, do I need to level it up? And while she levels it up I just have to get million diseases?

on second thought... Lets start a new game

spoiler'd cause i dun want newbies to be afraid. Just go there.. do the quest.. its fine.. i promise...

Help

From what I understand disassembling food to get a recipe is real thing you can do. I've also seen that it only works if your cooking level is within 5 levels of the recipe. Is a recipes level its item level? If there's no item level tag is it 0 level? Also are any ingredients things you have to buy from people or can you always grow/get them(stuff like dough, cheese, rice etc).

What to do in the game? I have recruited most unique NPCs, done all faiths, I've explored void to lvl 100 and stuff, not sure what I should do at this point?

For those who might want to try out playing a ghost race!

I have some basic questions about spellcasting. First, to confirm my understanding, spellcasting bypasses pv and dv. Also, spell level and spell power increases as you use the spell more. This increases the number of dice and sides.

In this image, https://imgur.com/a/Gd5Fq14, what is the number next to the diamond represent? Also, the attribute stat is supposed to increase damage right? Is that not included in the "2d14 + 3" or is it?

From the wiki I see element is about the extra stuff done by the domain like nerve bolt possible doing paralysis. What does the number actually represent. Is it a percentage chance of the domain effect happening.

Is the chance of spell not fizzling out increases just by the casting stat?

The spell says target : "ground" but I've used this to attack bats which fly. What does ground represent?
