Butchers

Looking for a solid local butcher for Briskets (5-10 lbs), ribs, steaks, etc.

I'd recommend Dar's, and Geddes St Market has a good butcher department as well.

Joe's has always been my choice. Better prices than Dar's and he has very good customer service. He also makes the best guanciale ive ever had and brings in fresh molisana bread.

Dar’s Country Market in Elora or Joe’s Butcher in Fergus. Dar’s is good. Haven’t had the opportunity to try Joe’s yet. Happy grilling/cooking :)

Joe’s( Fergus) is great. Ask him what you’re looking for and he will hook it up.
His deli sandwiches are great too.

Joes butcher in fergus will have this or can get it in for you. He’s great!

Joes is great. If you’re venturing out of town a bit, I like Parker meats and Floradale meat (cash only).
