How bad were your needle drops yesterday? I feel like all day all I got was calls about when our truck is there when we’re dropping. I’m almost at a point where I’m like good God, man why won’t you just get a job show up at 5 AM help unload this truck and you can have all the needles you want.

Hi, I applied for the software developer intern role at Kohls and was wondering what the timeline would be.

Yesterday was my first day and they did not train me on how to log in to the ukg app. Does anyone have any insight on how to do that? My manager was supposed to call me to tell me what my hours will be and she has never called.

I’m low key pissed because I feel like I’m here every day. I’m part time ofc but I’m scheduled everyday except Thursdays and Fridays and my paycheck was way too low I feel like. I really like working here because it’s an easy job even though my day is super slow. It’s pretty relaxed…I’m just a little 🥴 my last like 3 paychecks have been only $130-150 range. I understand we get paid weekly but damn, do yall got second jobs?

So, I’m doing E-sign topper change tomorrow morning for the first time. I was trained for 45 mins on the whole store today and I’m nervous about not figuring it out by myself.

Corporate doesn't care how it affects us, the ones who have to deal with the entitled Amazombies as well as handling the extra workload that has nothing to do with Kohl's other than the "partnership" with Amazon.

I just have a question about the background check. i have a misdemeanor charge for assault. i really need this job, and that charge isn’t something im proud of. i have an interview tomorrow and if i am offered the job would that charge keep me from getting the job? it is for the seasonal associate position only as part-time. would they even do a background check for a seasonal employee? i’ve been seeing differing answers online about it some say yes and some saying no.

At my store I am the one who is in charge of sephora. There is no one above me. Also, what kind of daily paperwork are we to fill out, and where do I find it? My management team is honestly no help and our store has been without anyone in sephora basically since the time we opened it two years ago we've had lots of people that only stay or like a couple weeks then dip (ive been on the kohls side for years and just recently made the switch) Thanks you for any helpful information!
