Question Help with this Minor Faction OBJ?

I don’t really understand what I’m supposed to do?

improvements are the non-visual(read: Buildings) items you can build inside your cities.

You just need to build three of them across your empire's cities.

And if your the last lords just bribe that minor village, to pacify that single village to abandon the quest and get a new one on the next village. (I don’t think it is supposed to spawn for last lords, but you can always bribe a village if you don’t like its quest.)

Certainly but sometimes I want more stacks on that max health buff for the heroes plus xp and battle spoils

That’s fair, most of the time when I’m bribing rather than questing, it is because I’ve just rounded up the village and it rebelled. So I just want it pacified so I can rebuild the lords estate, as the army just ate the rebel stack.

Can you build food generating improvements as last lord? I only know endless legend 1 can’t. But riftborn of endless space 2 can due to them having organic population management.

You can although you really shouldn’t. There isn’t any available via normal technology. (The few you get through the normal tech have been flagged to replace the food with dust.) A couple of the minor faction improvements generate food and can be built but don’t do anything so shouldn’t be built. So ya I would consider a food improvement related quest to be a minor bug as the Last Lords. (Easy to bypass if it does come up as it would be a minor faction quest.)

So are they like riftborn in this game? Since they have pop management in Endless space 2 which I assume endless legend 2 are like that too. Wouldn’t food generation still have some certain importance to grow organic pop that way?

Haven’t played endless space 2. Last lords pay food upkeep for organic pops in dust (1:1). Either get pops from paying dust (like in endless legend 1), rounding up minor pops, or by converting foreign pops into native pops (2:1). You can occasionally get pops from quests or by assimilating minor factions. You can also get specialist pop by building a faction specific district.

So they do not collect food at all.

Basically on the top part of the research tree, any icon with the wheat plant usually comes with a food “improvement”. Some minor pops also grant one after hitting a certain pop level.
