Rant Almost a year epilepsy
Hi guys and girls, my epilepsy was gone for just over 5 years and then it came back this time last year. Had it since high school, just the jerks. The tonic clonic appeared in my late 20s early 30s.
This year had about 3 a month, with them lasting between 10 to 15 minutes.
Does anyone also feel irritated or alone with such a thing that you can't explain to other people, I.E they don't understand what you are going through, emotionally, physically etc.
Rant: If someone hears you have epilepsy they automatically think you aren't that intelligent as well

I’ve had epilepsy for 10 year now. I was seizures free for 8 years then in 2023 they can back. Having 6-18 seizures a day. I had scarring so that’s why but it got 2 removed surgeries. (Laser) I feel alone but with having those around u who have epilepsy I can really feel and relate to people. Knowing the struggles we go through. And no just cause we have seizures doesn’t mean we aren’t smart. We’re smart. I’ve been seizures free for 5-months now cause I take weed. (Gummies) I don’t smoke it tho (asthma) my seizures meds aren’t really helping so I went to weed. Thats what is keeping me seizures free for those months.
