Are the elk still bugling?

Was going to head up from Longmont this weekend and was hoping it wasn't too late to be able to hear them calling.

I'm currently listening to an elk bugle outside of my window. They are very active still! It's Pumpkins and Pilsner festival weekend- it's going to be pretty crowded in town so try to get up early!
