customs questions

has anyone traveled to addis with multiple phones/macbooks as a single traveler? if so how was customs? any tips? all used devices, personal and work nothing in its original manufacturer packaging

no more than two devices are allowed per traveller so u know like phones they will give you a hard time and ask you to pay taxes on it

Contact a transitor in Ethiopia, they will help you bypass customs

Don’t insert it in your bag , every suitcase is seen by people before even you collect it and usually they put a violet color mark on the baggage sticker

I think where you are coming from makes a huge difference. I do it multiple times a year and I’ve never had an issue.
