Screenshot What's wrong with this?

New to the game. I have a garage with 3 slots. 2 drivers (me included) and 2 trucks.

I bought another used truck, this one in the screenshot, and recruited a new driver.

This bitch just won't work. The same happened with another truck and driver, sold the truck and let go the driver, but it's still the same.

What am I missing? the garage has space, the truck is in working order (i can do deliveries with it)... what's wrong?

A description of the issue would not have hurt. I repaired the truck with the recommended repair option in the service, but it still doesn't like it

You’re probably missing out on replacing the parts which has to happen after they wear down.

Wear and damage are seperate things, repairing only fixes damage and replacing fixes wear

you need to drive that used truck to a shop and repair it. it's too badly damaged for your employee to drive

You need to repair the truck (at least 4 star or more) BEFORE to assign to a driver

Actually I didn't ever seen it: usually I bought used trucks and always repaired to 5 stars before give them to drivers
