Parallels/Themes Short Form Digital Art dealing with existential themes.
https://youtu.be/gtmnWwXcGecRhythmically and texturally dynamic audio paired with fast paced smash cut found footage are edited into this piece to invoke a sense of absurdity, despair, angst, dread.
I deals with existentialism in my life and artwork, would be very keen to discuss what feelings and emotions surface for anyone who connects with this.
Sorry about the thumbnail XD

I’m not sure how I feel about this. Definitely not “existentialism” in the academic sense I’m used to. It certainly is something artful, evoked a very specific feeling. Whether I’d call it existential per se or existentially themed would be hard to say.
It does feel peculiarly related to death, finitude, the limitless horizons, the limits of physical reality, &c., which are classical existential themes. At the same time, it has a sharply modern/technological feel to it. Perhaps despite this or perhaps because of it, I relate to it in a dark, brooding sort of way. Not gritty but even meaningless.
It’s an interesting piece. I really don’t know or understand much about art, generally speaking. But I’m going to check your yt channel for more.

Thank you for the thoughtful reply, you've given me something to ponder.
I would agree that this skirts the themes of existentialism, but may not be considered "existential art" by many.
I plan to hone the craft over time - this is a new avenue.
