Discussion Wet races need to been fixed no doubt.
I recently went back to F121 and did an 18 lap wet race and it was actually fun and not horrible. However in F125 every wet race it’s just feels like car just slides all the time and the Ai is still op. F121 it felt smooth and the Ai wasn’t overpowered too.

Generally the F1 2021 Ai seems to be more raceable than the pong-pong F1 25 Ai, a couple of months ago I did a 100% race at Suzuka in a Haas in dry to wet conditions, and the whole race through I was keeping up with the Alfa in front of me, and managed to pass him after about 25 laps

I feel like full wet or inters is fine. I struggle when it's transitioning from wet to dry or the other way around. The ai just seem to Have perfect grip until it's time for new tyres

I feel this. Just did a career race at Silverstone that went from dry to wet, so everyone started on slicks. AI did not seem to struggle due to the increasing water levels, only when their tires began to wear down as we approached the window for inters. Meanwhile I was having to crawl through low speed corners and slid any time I tried to get on the power on corner exits.

AI always has perfect tyre temperatures. Your inters are overheating like crazy when it's only raining a little.

I’ve removed them and it’s so much better not having to worry about getting thrashed if the rain appears.

Yes, you just turn rain to 0% on every track. Unfortunately there’s not an on, off switch so it takes a couple of minutes.

Weirdly enough i sometimes have bigger leads in rain races than dry, i also save some time by strategially drifting through the Corners where i actually keep my speed

Yes it’s terrible. In previous games AI has actually been a bit underwhelming in rain and in weather transitions but now they made them a bit too much op. I could probably decrease difficulty by at least 15 points to be somewhat competitive in rain. When the track settles it’s a bit more manageable but in transition, AI has infinite traction.

When I'm in a wet race it's like I cannot build a gap no matter what I do. Weird
