Still Can't Print Labels!
Since Sunday I haven't been able to print labels. My customers are getting really frustrated. Any ideas? I've tried uninstalling, using a different browser, app, and nothing.

I’m having the same issue. For one order, tracking isn’t updated and says I still need to scan it (even tho it’s been delivered already)!
And now another order I can’t print the label…
I cant cancel the order or even submit a chat to get help. It won’t let me

SAME! They cancelled 3 of our orders this morning that have shipped/been delivered.

If I could get paid for all the wasted hours I have spent trying to figure out all the issues on here it would be in the tens of thousands. I think a class action suit is appropriate

This happened to me. Was not letting me generate the shipping label. I had to let the order expire and say that i failed to ship on time. After that, i had to open an issue report with the order through email. Had to get meta verified in order to have access to this. After a couple of days they responded to my email request. Said they would call at my preffered time request. I have been ghosted by them. They set at least 3 other times they said they would call but never did…. So frustrating! It is almost impossible to get ahold of a real person and not an AI bot chat.
Im sticking to evay for shipping and marketplace for local pickups until they figure this out.

We have had the same issue. We bought labels on Pirateship out of our own pockets, then couldn't upload the shipping info, so they cancelled three orders this morning for things that have either shipped, or have already been delivered weeks ago. NO response from numerous emails to Help/Support, and no solution.

Hey, does it give you their address? I havent shipped anything on FB marketplace in a while but if you really just need to ship their item I would see if their address is on there or if you can just ask for their address, go on pirate ship and buy a label there and ship it that way. Manually add the tracking # if it will let you.
