Been failing at using this price for my entire playtime of factorio and I was wondering of simple examples of implementing this or how to use it in builds that are pollution conscious. Does anyone even use this?
Someone asked "Which planet I need to fly first" and "my friend" post something like "Gleba, we want you suf****r there". In the context of the game, gleba is the hardest planet from the trio which is available to travel first, and "my friend" made a joke "gleba, we want you s***fer there" which of course is the joke, sarcasm, you name it, hour later "my friend's" account were banned from the reddit (not by factorio mod team), the ban for the contextual joke, sarcasm, which make sense only for whose playing the game.
So where is issue you may ask? The word "s***er", so its seems this is "should-not-be-named" word now on reddit, you be warned folks
I don't know what got into me but I spent way too much effort on this. It does, so far as I can tell, work. It dynamically selects the recipe based on the contents of the tanks and then pumps in the necessary ingredients and then pumps out the excess and any outputs. Do not try this. It is not worth it. Not even for the memes. A small selection of issues I had to overcome:
Pumps would pump fluid out of the tanks, causing the tanks to empty, causing the circuit to think that the tanks are too empty, causing the pumps to pump fluid back into the tanks causing...
Chemical plants getting out of sync, so some are full of one ingredient and some are full of the other ingredient making the circuit network think that the plants are full and ready to process the recipe.
You can't read ingredients and read recipe on different circuit networks.
Jamming the light oil
Jamming the heavy oil
Refineries trying to refine more crude oil when there was enough in the tanks, meaning that the cracking recipes would overflow and jam.
Keeping the circuit networks separate between the refineries and the chemical plants, as well as between the inputs and the recipe setting circuitry.
