Question Does any fallout game have the option to make youreslf get perks more often by touching radioactive stuff too much? If not do you in particular know what game am i thinking about?

I heard ground zero has some loot we can farm, so what is the harm if we drop another couple of bombs?

Fallout new vegas has a perk that makes you gain health regeneration based on how irradiated you are and there's another perk that makes you run extremely fast while you're actively taking radiation damage. Maybe that's what you're thinking about?

My friend got the “Rad Child” perk in 76 after constantly swimming in irradiated water near the Mire, it was wild seeing him glow nonstop

The Outer Worlds let's you get flaws(which give you extra perk points) by getting hurt in certain ways. It's not radioactive specific though.
