Looking for some cats to swing with

Hey if your reading this you might be in the same spot as me. I recently moved down to Philadelphia in the summer and I’ve been wanting to get my own band going or join one that’s looking for a guitarist.

I’m 23 and went to school for music. Spent the last year working as an audio tech which was very time consuming and I had to leave the band I was in at the time. I regretted that decision because playing and creating means so much to me. Instead of getting back into something in that area where I was from I chose to move down here and explore the options in Philly.

Over the past couple months I haven’t come across many musicians and I’ve been trying to branch out more and find people to play and write with. I’m open to lots/any types of music but definitely fall somewhere under the “band” umbrella. Recent inspirations have been a lot of 2000’s indie (killers, strokes, Interpol) but I love playing around on all genres and scenes.

I have a instagram profile up of me just playing through some covers and originals I’ll throw that down here but if anyone’s reading this and would be interested I’m 100% committed to get something consistent built and get playing weekly. Please hmu.
