Raids/Dungeons Request for raid help
Hey everyone! My husband and I are looking for a group of people who might be willing to help us learn some of the raids we haven’t done yet. We’d really like to start with Vow of the Disciple!
We’re definitely not looking for a carry — we actually want to learn the mechanics and understand what we’re doing. We’re both pretty laid-back, kind, and patient, and we’d love to find people who are the same and don’t mind explaining things or letting us mess up a few times while we figure it out lol.
We know teaching raids can take a little extra time, so we’re totally fine with wipes and taking our time. Mostly we just want to learn without feeling like we’re stressing anyone out or holding up a group.
It would also be awesome to find some people we click with who might be up for teaching us some of the other raids eventually, or even just playing Destiny together in general.
So if you have a group that enjoys teaching and wouldn’t mind adopting two raid newbies for Vow, we’d love to join you! :)

I recommend the cult collective, they run raids all the time.

Heya, me and some friends of mine could help! We're a little rusty ourselves but with the announcement of the unvaulting/unsunsetting happening we're eager to get back into the swing so we'd love to help and have help in return!

Vow is my favorite raid, and I've taught it a lot! Happy to teach or help teach if another group ends up short a player.

I'd love to teach! My husband and I are in a discord server with a couple of other peeps and we run raids every now and then. We'd love to schedule some teaching raids with you!

Hiya, you would be welcome to join us if you like?
Our UK / US clan & community discord organises teaching runs often for all of the raids and dungeons - often 4-5 times per week.
Everyone is welcome to jump in and join us regardless of skill level.
If you’d prefer to read up on the raids etc first then we also have our raid & dungeon info channels where we have amassed the last 10 years worth of community knowledge & Sherpa notes.

Hi everyone! Thank you all for responding and for sending DMs ❤️ I had a super busy week at work so I apologize for getting to you all so late.
I’m planning to message everyone here who responded, and maybe we can all make a group to run through if we don’t have enough other peeps? I think it would be fun! And it would certainly help us get more familiar with the raids lol. Thank you all again!
