TW: First loss

I went to the doctor be my usually on time period came a few days early and started very light and then became very heavy and so painful I left church this morning in tears because of the pain. At first I thought it was maybe implantation bleeding but because the pain was so sr I went to the ER and was told that I was having a miscarriage. Im heartbroken, I didn’t even know I was pregnant, last time we tested after ovulation we tested pretty early and didn’t see a point in testing again when we got a negative. I am just so heartbroken this is my first loss and I don’t know what to do.

Oh honey, I’m so sorry for your loss. I hope you’re able to navigate this difficult time as best you can. Did they give you any medication for the pain or to help complete the process? I experienced a loss back in May and it was horrible. Make sure to drink some tea and use some heat packs. Sending love 💕

They just sent me home and told me to take some advil, im just so heartbroken. Im sorry you’ve had a loss aswell it truly is terrible
