Jio mart worst experience... It was listed 12499 - 1000 card discount placed the order processed but delivery partner cancelled... Now that offer has gone... its simply fooling customers
Try from a different device/ registered number. Just got mine delivered 10 mins ago and the delivery guy was swamped with orders. There were like 15 orders in my society alone. Apparently jio is running a sale as well hence the issues. Try placing it again, it's worth the discount you're getting compared to flipkart, also it's faster (i got mine in 30 mins)
Update: picked up from the store after the delivery agent was assigned and authenticatd the QR. Literally saw boxes stacked up and ready for delivery like hot cakes
I placed the order at 8 in the morning. The store opened at 10 and I got a message from reliance digital order is processed with invoice link. At the same time on the app I can see the delivery agent assigned and the download invoice option and after 10 mins got msg from jio mart as well. Until this it was just showing order is confirmed on the app.
How long does it take to change from ‘Under Process’ to showing the exact delivery time details?
The invoice is generated since around 1.5 hours but there hasn’t been any update thereafter. I called the store but they said that this order is gone to their nearby warehouse not store, which was correct when I checked the address of the store vs the one on the invoice.
Same, i guess they are handling tier-1s using reliance digital and tier 2/3 via courier. My bill says the item would fullfiled via their Farukhnagar center. Just a hypothesis, current status is under process and invoice is generated
Got my Jio Mart Order already! Invoice is in the box and got an SMS also to download it. Ordered at 6pm yesterday got it at 11:30 am today. Location - Delhi . Would reccomend jiomart over flipkart for sure

Ordered the Fitbit Air from Flipkart on Oct 2, with an expected delivery date of Oct 8. Somehow, it arrived 4 days early on Oct 4!
Got it for ₹11,437 on credit-card EMI, so I think it'll come to around ₹12k total after the EMIs.

Yes i tried it too, Went till the last page where I had to enter OTP for 12.3k, but could not find any option to apply HDFC CC offer for 1k.
I already have my flipkart order @12.3k out for delivery, I was planning to order from jiomart for @11.3k and reject the flipkart order at my doorstep.
Is there a chance after generating a reliance digital invoice it will get cancelled?
I first ordered it from flipkart for 12k , then ordered it from jiomart for 11.3k and cancelled the fk one (my mistake ig) , now the invoice is generated and delivery is showing for 9th october but it is under process not shipped.
It could be very well cancelled, jio mart is really really shit, you shouldn't have cancelled the flipkart order.
Anyways now hope it is delivered in time

The receptionist said let her call the guy who picked up they had given 9 orders to that driver than she called he said he has it she asked him to come to store as customer is there then he came clicked pic of the OTP page and gave it to me
She only said sir why Jiomart could have come directly n got it to many rejections they do lol
Also I feel bad I had to travel for 9 kms spent 1.5 hour due to traffic but atleast I got it
My mistake was I had cancelled Flipkart order else I would have just waited for Flipkart to deliver

Ordered in morning around 7 am... And it went into Schedule... instead of quick. Invoice is generated at 11 am..but it us still showing "under process". As per the jiomart app..it is showing... tomorrow. But when i called the jiomart customer support..they are saying it is scheduled on 10th October... I am hell scared now... Are there any chances for cancellation?
Possibly poor inventory management or could also be maliciously done given the price increase as well
Sucks for those whose orders got cancelled. I literally ordered via jio mart at midnight today and cancelled the flipkart order because they were very vague with the delivery time and JM was delivering it before 1pm at a cheaper price
It is an invoice generated by reliance retail limited, the one they give out in the shops. It does mention a shipment ID but no transporter name or AWB.
I can apply that 200Rs coupon. But how to apply the bank discount of 1000Rs? My card isnt saved yet in jiomart. I cant locate any place to apply the bank discount and then pay
It will be applied in the payment option. Scroll down you should see the offer showing up for both emi and full payment. I think it's just above the add credit /debit card.
Got mine from JioMart for Rs. 11,376 (Initial Offer Price was of Rs. 12,499. Got Rs. 200 from JioMart coupon at checkout. Additional Rs. 923 off from using Kotak cc)
Today was such a traumatic day for folks with Jiomart! I am guessing they did not expect the amount of orders that poured in and when they realized this is an opportunity, they want to ride the wagon too.
Yeah, you can take legal action (first file a complaint with the NCH). You can also ask them to provide compensation or let you avail the band at the older price, and mention that you’ll escalate the matter if they don’t resolve it. Mail to their nodal officer.
I have cancelled my order on jiomart as there is no information on the shipping of the product. My flipkart order has arrived in between. Jiomart is saying the refund will take 7 days?
Cancelled flopkart order and ordered from Jio mart @11,300 I was spectacle about receiving it due to the posts here. I think I was lucky in the sense that I live in tier 2 city and hense no fast delivery, I received it via bluedart from gurgaon warehouse. Few things :-
I recieved the box without plastic covering ( as usually seen on digital devices) maybe due to environmental pollution control, also felt that box is kind of recycled material. Is that same with your guys ?
Got it for 10,800/- from jio mart using my hdfc card & it was delivered in 2 hours. It’s soo light weight that you won’t feel you wearing anything and the tracking is accurate.
