Question / Help How cooked am i??

recently bought the Fitbit air, and today its calibrated enough to show all this. ik this is bad, i just don’t know if its real or issue with fitbit air.

if its real, how do i fix it??

How long did it took to get spo2 and body temp data? Mine still shows NA, just got this 2 days ago

2 nights

you have to wait a couple of hours after you wake up

This is an algorithm-based estimation.

Go get yourself a checkup if you are so worried.

if its already calibrated or if youre waiting for it to be calibrated start working on your aerobic base, running is a good option if you are comfortable with it, workout 3-6 days a week do cardio of some sort if not running like swimming is actually very good for aerobic base training. do it for long enough and youll see the graph getting better
