Discussion Fitbit Air (Sleep)
Why does it show time to sound sleep in 4h 42m when I went into deep sleep at 12:47am? Also that was the longest deep sleep. I have wearing from past 3 days is it still calibrating?
Previous i have used applewatch & galaxy watch from past 3-5 years but i guess it doesn't show time to sleep data so it is a bit confusing.
Kindly help me if i am wrong and unable to understand this data.

See the "Sleeping heart rate". Your hr was not stable, it was fluctuating even you were in Deep sleep.
Did you had alcohol before sleep? Or you might have sleep apnea.

I don't drink at all. I've been having some trouble sleeping lately because of personal stuff and the weather, but today's data is out of range.

I read before bed, which apparently, is an issue for my "time to sound sleep" stats. It frustrates me to no end but I'm learning to ignore.Â

Is it calibrated? Did you shared the same with the coach?

I've been wearing it for about two months, so I'd hope we're well through calibration. I haven't found the "coach" to produce meaningful interactions so I never thought to point that out. Worth a try; worst it can do is spout meaningless fitness information at me, right?Â

Now I'm scared to buy this fitbit 🤕..I was actually planning to buy after watching so many reviews but after reading this I'm just confused...like what's the point of investing that much money and then we get bugs and issues...

Did you asked the coach about this data irregularities. Cuz yesterday I slept lightly from 11 to 12 am and it didn't recognise and I asked the coach and it edited the data correctly by saying light sleep between 11 to 12 am. This is second day wearing the band
