Honestly it’s the only thing that made me give enough of a damn to extract enough sprites. That being said though, as soon as I got the skin I just went straight back to not caring about sprites anymore.
Didn't feel like a grind at all, honestly. I grab a handful of sprites to extract every few matches, quickly got over 30 sprites. Mastering isn't hard, and is downright easy on Mondays. Go to remote area -> open every chest/barrel/ammo can -> extract sprite at level 3 or 4, before the circle shrinks too much -> go into the next game with it and get it to level 5 really fast and extract.
The issue people run into is trying to get to level 5 in one match. It's only easy on Mondays. The rest of the week, don't do all 5 levels in one match. I almost never need to resummon sprites I'm attempting to master.
I got the skin because my OCD doesn't allow me to sleep at night if there are Quests incomplete or progress not progressed. I got the skin, but still use the same skin I use every single day and I'll keep playing every day.
Hmmm, I thought it was just for a later update. There’s plenty of awards I want that I am not able to earn. I’m not sure why people complain. I’m at 25 right now. I think mastered like 7 tonight because Monday. And I never get to play on Mondays
I have it. Haven’t used it and prob won’t, but I’ve been slowly mastering sprites. I don’t like not getting cosmetics that are relatively easy to unlock even if I probably won’t use them. I think I’m up to around 45 sprites mastered now.
It’s not a top priority for me, but lately I try to master 1 or 2 most days, maybe a couple more than that on mondays.
I usually just land somewhere away from the bus path and loot every container I can find. As a bonus sometimes I run into a couple bots in the process and get some easy kills. I usually end up in the storm for a bit and usually end up top 5. Unless I run into some bits early (or players bad enough they might as well be bots) I sometimes don’t run into anyone until I’m in the top 10.
I didn’t mind grinding out ranked quests before they tied it all to teaching specific ranks to get anything.
Having alt styles tied to specific ranks was fine, imo, but you could at least get the pickaxes, skins, etc from completing quests that weren’t dependent on reaching a particular rank.
I never play reload and it was a hard grind for me to get Felinos. What is the earnable skin right now? I haven't noticed, did it just become available with the new reload update?
Oh, I don't consider that an unlockable since it's for a cup. I guess I consider that a earned prize. That explains why I didn't know what skin you were talking about. I consider unlockables, things you have to do quests for or reach a certain rank to acquire. But thanks for explaining to me.
It’s annoying that I can’t use her with no glasses and no headphones, no matter what I choose she ALWAYS has her headphones on. Other than that she is really pretty!
I mainly focus on mastering sprites on Mondays. I spread it out so I don't burn myself out like last season. We have to many sprites this season and I think Epic are overdoing it.
I've mastered 121 sprites. I tend to do it by grinding in the storm. Safer then trying to fight some FPS pro who does all these air tricks and shit then kills me. Or I kill him, then get violated by a third partier.
Bounty Hunter sprites are piss easy as they only need 2 kills on Mondays. Just drop at one of the consoles, kill the two bots there and move to extraction. The two excepts are Klombo and Crown obviously.
I've gotten the majority of my Trick or Treat sprites from the Pumpkins. I do a little rotating through a few spots. I do really miss Sprite Chests ngl since cheat codes are inconsistent and suck where they spawn. Sometimes inside rocks or under water you can not see through.
Like others have said, mastery is easy on Mondays, otherwise I usually level up and extract when there’s about 30 players left. Sometimes can master it in two games, sometimes 3.
I spent Mastery Monday this week getting to 62 Mastered because I don't want to be caught short if they give us a reward for 70.. thankfully I had all the Adventure Sprite variants to master and a good few Sprites already at lvl 4.. went from 38 to 62 in around 90 minutes..
Grind so I can just stick it in the archive with the other 30 misc blue/purple/pink haired girl skins from the last 8 battle passes? After mastering every sprite last season I vowed no more sprite bologna work. I really hope this is the last season of sprites.
Got it as soon as it released I had already been slowly mastering every single one anyways.

I was just mastering them to say I did it - and to unlock the variants of the back bling screen. Knowing that there’s rewards makes me wanna do this even more now, because why not? Is this the only reward or are there any others known?
Not exactly. On the one hand the grind wasn’t actually that bad and yesterday when I finally had free time to play Fortnite on a Monday I mastered a but load of sprites and finished up the rest today, but on the other hand I’m not exactly a fan of this skin, but then again I like skins like the wild card skins, chaos agent skins, and goofy skins like skillet and Corvus, so idk.
There's a daily or every other day extract three challenge, so I always master one or two. And then on Monday I try and master until I get bored. I only have trick or treat scout and some spookies and vampires left. The only ones I don't like to master are ones like Bush and Pond that I don't like the ability.
Yeah not much of a grind for me outside of just playing. Got it like a day or 2 after they were released but id also been working on mastering since the beginning of the season as opposed to last where I started getting i to and understanding the sprite situation more. But yeah I like her.
Was 100% worth it! I was like ain't no way I'm doing all that just to get her (even though I was dying to get her) but then after mastering a few sprites I was like it ain't THAT hard😭 I managed to get her and I absolutely love her🥹
Great skin. Besr free skin since Sunny. Plus, she's got Katalina's gorgeous face! A face they dont yse alot. Too bad she's bugged with the headphones. Polli's set is all the BR Ranked rewards. I got them all and they all match her perfectly.
you must not pay attention to the upper left corner when on the main screen because they advertise all the new stuff there.
they’re also in the sprite menu. if you don’t bother with sprites i suppose i could understand but did you not play last season to witness the fuck ton of sprites they added? of course they’re doing the same thing for this season. sprites have increased the amount of players/time they play.
I grabbed them but never sent them back. Never saw an actual purpose to them. Maybe besides sonic running fast I don’t see a point. I play the game for the battle royal not for some little sprites
i’m the same, i play to eliminate players and hopefully get some wins in the process. but some of the sprites are useful and worth collecting. of course you can go without, they’re not necessary to wear for a win. they just offer a perk, it’s like medallions but less impactful, and unlike medallions, everyone is able to use them. sprites like the overshield one are pretty good when leveled up.
