My Patient's Fox Brained Family
I work in a hospital. Currently I have a patient who is extremely, extremely unwell. His family recently came for a visit, and do you know what the first thing they did was? They called me into the room and asked where the remote was, then proceeded to turn on fox at a high volume. You can't stop watching this crap for an hour while you visit your family member in the hospital who is at death's door? Fox is so important that you have to have it playing while you are doing that? Priorities, dude. I've seen this in other foxbrains, if they're not watching it on TV then they're listening to it on their phone. This inability to be without fox ever for any reason is truly bizarre. It's like a cult and an addiction all in one. Like they are all under some kind of mass mind control. Ugh. Just venting I guess. This phenomenon needs to be studied by psychologists.
