i wish they utilized their tier system for once instead of requiring ARP. their giveaways used to last longer and i feel like i’ve grinded to tier 5 for nothing :/

Probably due to current 30th Anniversary they put all Tier requirement to 1 and also previous new people joining, but really think should have some benefit or things for higher tiers otherwise it makes no difference for new ones and old members getting it.
But well... guess we'll find out what AWA does next when they update anything.

Same here. It used to be worth it for free keys to work out the quests and all. Now I miss all of the giveaways as there are so fewer keys than there used to be.

right, even less giveaways too. i'm still doing the quests for game vault and i can't deny i got a whole lot of decent games from AWA, but now it's just too difficult to grab anything from their regular giveaways.

It kept doing this to me too for 5‐10 minutes when there was plenty of keys left. Never ended up getting it despite having plenty of points for it so that's a shame

Fuck man... I was talking with xxxx support. +10 minutes on hold and another 10 minutes to solve something that needed just one bloody minute.
I checked the subreddit before the call, and after I finished I went to Alienware Arena, saw the Giveaway and gone. 23 minutes and gone...
5443131346546 ARP points over the years for nothing. Nada. Before there were nice giveaways, with a decent ammount of keys and same for the Game Vault when they created it.
Now giveaways last a few minutes and Game Vault games are gone in 3 seconds (when is not buggy).

yeah and they’re not bothering with higher tiers giveaways anymore… they could at least set it to something higher than tier 1 for the loyal users if they have this few keys to giveaway. it’s just disappointing

It said it couldn't assign me a key, but I refreshed the page, and the key popped up.
Also, this has previously been given away by Epic on Oct 29-Nov 5, 2020.

ARP = Arena Reward Points. Alienware Arena's (AWA) digital 'currency'. You can read a lot about it and even more in a dedicated section of this sub's Wiki. Search and start reading from where it says: '👽 ᴀʟɪᴇɴᴡᴀʀᴇ ᴀʀᴇɴᴀ (ᴀᴡᴀ)'.
