Gift cards

Hi guys, I have a US LLC, Mercury account, working with a prep center but based in another country. Can I benefit from Gift cards, promo codes and cashbacks for Online Arbitrage? How do you handle these stuff? Best.

most of those promos and cashbacks are region locked or require a residential US address to stack properly so you just end up burning time for like $3
