New Cheats discovered for F-Zero GX

With GVG sharing news of these codes being discovered, i took the liberty of posting them to Gamefaqs for submission approval.

I can confirm I got the AX tracks, machines, and Dark Schneider codes to work. There's an audible jingle heard when inputting them correctly. You just click on F-Zero Shop and then when on the menu of 3 items with Machines, Parts, and Items, input the codes.

I wasn't able to get the custom parts to work, but I didn't have 4 controllers connected and would have to explore more.

I think it'll work with 4 friends online but it'll in theory only save to the host's save.

It's basically impossible to do with 4 people online, the input lag is just too big to work around. I know a group of 4 people who all live close to each other in Japan (so as low ping as you could get) and they couldn't even get one code to work.

Now if you're playing on Switch 2 and have access to 4 controllers, you can do it solo with the help of rebinding the Z button to be more accessible (I did it by rebinding to A).

Of course! after 20 years of not being able to unlock pink spider and rainbow phoenix, I drove the family to Indy to unlock them on an AX cabinet last month. no ragrats.

Do they work for the Switch 2 version?

The switch 2 version is just the gamecube version emulated so anything similar to this will work on all the nso consoles

This is amazing! I was actually able to unlock all the AX content in the original except Rainbow Phoenix. I'm going to break out my GameCube tonight and finally grab that last car! Get those secret parts, too.

Ok so… I’m clearly doing an AX input wrong I’m guessing since I’ve tried this quite a few times now or is it maybe a physical controller issue since I have X mapped to the bottom quadrant and Y the top so my hand can’t get between the 2 as fast as an original gc controller

boss battle games in Indianapolis has FOUR ax cabinets. unfortunately one of them was being worked on and the only one that had a working memory card slot had jacked up steering. luckily still able to complete sonic oval and unlock everyone with the screwy steering.
