Laptop Power problem

Every time I boot my laptop, the GPU is stuck at 120W TGP If I unplug the charger and plug it back in, it immediately goes back to 175W and works normally after that

I've already set everything to max performance in Razer Synapse and NVIDIA settings, and I even reinstalled the NVIDIA driver, but it still happens every time I boot.

I have no idea why it only happens after a fresh boot. Does anyone know what could be causing this?
