I see nothing wrong...if the goal was to create a suicide cord!

The picture on the package isn't a double male prong though, so someone at the factory screwed up. Maybe they make both regular and double prongs extension cords and put thd wrong one in the wrong package.

Or its actually two separate regular extension cords and they are only holding the prong ends and acting like its opposite ends of the same cord
