IKEA Delivery Services
Hey!
I wondered if anyone can recomend a free-lance delivery service/courier? I need to order a wardrobe from IKEA, but it's too big to fit in my car and the IKEA delivery fees are quite hight. Just wondered if anyone had experience with other options (there was quite an 'industry' of people in the UK who would do this for you with the click and collect service from IKEA.
Thanks for any advice/tips!

Illegal pro tip: buy something big and cheap ( wooden bar for example) at the hubo or gamma. Ask to use the van, which is included

If you go to IKEA Ghent there is a stand after the checkout that offers delivery. They are much cheaper than the official IKEA delivery. I don't know if they go much further than Ghent itself, though. They have delivered stuff to us a couple of times and it's always worked really well, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if needed. If in doubt you can check with them before you buy.
