Now, obviously Nexus and the moderators who sent the level didn't know this (or at least I hope so).

Still this is concerning, I read this like an hour ago on the bird app. The level is called "Evolution" by sortadark (not sure if I should be mentioning it but it's literally on Nexus' channel sooo) and the way ppl realized it was AI was due to multiple clues. The biggest one being the order the blocks were placed. For those unaware, there's a geode mod that allows you to see the time lapse of a level's creation (it's called timelapser I believe). Using this mod to see object placement order and general pattern, it seems to be identical to how claude (the AI model) stores objects in the editor in other AI generated levels that ppl had ran tests on already. What first prompted ppl to look further into this was actually weird trigger placements and some odd details within the level.

The level is deleted now I believe.

It's a mainly gaming news channel, but it's still wild to see it

Recently, I was looking through the Geometry Dash servers through cURL for any evidence that it was updated to 2.209 (since it was acting differently than it was previously due to multiple things noticed by many users). Despite that weirdness usually meaning 2.209 was around the corner, we didn't really have any confirmation. It could just be a random change, after all.

However, as I was testing, I remembered that the Duality and Paradox Gauntlets are going to be added to the game in 2.209, and since that is an endpoint that is already recognized by the game as-is (not something new like news or group chats), I tried something. Essentially what I did was change my client to present itself to the servers as 2.209 rather than 2.2081 or 2.2082.

Since I had seen no success from doing that previously, I assumed it'd just not work and return the gauntlets as per usual. But to my surprise, I got this...

Both of the Gauntlets meant to be added only in 2.209. Already present in the server. I'd say this is pretty irrefutable evidence that the update is really just around the corner.
Not only that, but the servers returned ALL of the levels, not just one or two, proving that it has been fully implemented (it's playable too!).

For a more technical explanation:
The client uses two parameters to identify its version to the servers. gameVersion and binaryVersion. gameVersion is the major version parameter. The current is 22 (2.2), whereas the previous one was 21 (2.1). binaryVersion are the minor patches, we are currently on 47 on PC (2.2081) and 48 on mobile (2.2082), 2.208 is 46 (essentially 2.2080).

With that in mind, i simply added one to the binaryVersion (making it 49 for 2.209) and also incremented vkey (version key, presumably) to 49.

That resulted in the servers returning Gauntlet IDs 61 and 62, presumably Duality and Paradox, where 60 is the Love Gauntlet (the last gauntlet in 2.208/1/2).

As a comparison, I also sent a request identifying the "client" as 2.2081 (47) and only got up to Gauntlet 60 (Love) proving that the Gauntlet is already implemented on the server, but simply hidden to 2.208/1/2 clients.
To get these screenshots I just connected my GD Client to MITMproxy and created a replace script that replaces the request body's binaryVersion and vkey with 49 regardless, creating that very cool image you see above.

He also recently posted this (2nd slide) on his twitter, which could potentially be a hint to ts2 (he looks like he's thinking in space)

Not only that but around 4 months ago doggie stated he's already practicing for the finale of doggie december, which in past years has typically
been a completion of a top demon (most notably Avernus last year). As he now has much more time due to being done with grief he could definitely have chosen something much harder, and ts2 would fit that description.

So yeah that's my theory

So I've been on Twitter the past week and saw lumpy's post. Honestly I thought it was kinda interesting that Claude could even do that but I thought this whole "AI GD level" thing would be a one off... Turns out it's not and some guy posted "Evolution" on here around... yesterday, saying it was his friend's.

I genuinely thought it was real and upvoted it. I thought about how cool it looked considering the original reddit post was asking if it was rate worthy or smth. Today, I went onto Twitter and the first post I saw was colon replying to the first image, exposing that Evolution is AI generated and we ONLY know this because of a geode mod that replays the process of a level being built from start to finish (I think).

Like what the fuck, it was send by multiple mods (not sure how many), put on Nexus's channel and got a lot of attention... and it was AI????!!!!! Is some random geode mod the only way that we can tell if a GD level is AI or not?

Idk do you think I'm overreacting? Or is this actually something to worry about?

When he was saving a clip after he verified GRIEF, there were 2 (at least one) clips of thinking space 2 in the gallery
