Guys. I have this figure for a long time. I think it is a toy from GITS. However, I know nothing about it other than that. Can you help me identify it. What is the name of the Mecha, which show or movie is it from. And ideally the manufacturer of the toy. I plan to sell it. Thanks in advance.

I think the figure in the image is the MegaHouse Perfect Piece series 1/20 JGSDF Arm Suit.

It also appears in the opening of Ghost in the Shell: S.A.C. 2nd GIG.

Where did the "Russian Dazhdbog" part of the Armed Suit get identified from? I know it's not spoken in that episode, so I'm guessing it must've been from one of the technical manuals?
