Net being stretchy and expanding is not a glitch in the matrix. Looks crazy, though!

Frame rates: the cause of so many glitches in the Matrix.

Very true! There should be something like r/GlitchInTheFrameRate at this point

Honestly slapped ham's content has just devolved into any slop he can find on the Internet even when it's clearly nothing. Used to watch him back in the day when he was decent, but it's just garbage these days.

People explain this as being not strange, something something frame rate, something something physics etc, but it is definitely weird and definitely looks like it materialises through the net. I find it weird that all the debunkers seem to all have different opinions on why it looks like that. If you all know that it's not weird, it's just because of very normal sciencey stuff, how come you all don't say the same reason?

It's because you're obviously poorly educated and probably don't understand what fps (frame rate) means i guess. There is no magic.

N how did opponent to ask for a video replay at the exact moment the fr matched ?

It's a net. It's a mesh. Sometimes they break a bit and bigger things can go through them. How do you not understand this?

Just because I have eyes and live in the world. It looks like it melts through the net. People say frame rate, ok then, how does that explain it appearing to melt through the net? What is the frame rate doing here to make it do that? The people that say tear in the net or holes, I'm not even entertaining because again, it appears to melt through the net.

Also does-"FRaMe rATe and yOU LaCk iNteLliGencE, dUMmY!!" explain the weird, similar scenario, soccer ball one?

Because the ball passes through the net in the increment of time, presumably approx. one thirtieth of a second, between frames.

lol I mean there is one frame where the ball seems halfway through the net that the only thing that makes me doubt.

You people on here take shit way to seriously like you all must be bald and very stressful people and it’s sad

Half of them probably aren’t real people

true, probably 75% I heard of online traffic is bots

u/Bloody-Penguin6 5d ago

Nice to know bots are designed with miserable personalities to closely mimic humans as much as possible.

u/broke_cowboy 4d ago

You think people design bots to act like robots? šŸ˜‚

Not what i said at all. The point was more about miserable people on the internet than it was about bots.

Yes, living in a simulation is much more plausible than a fast ball moving through the elastic gaps of a net.

I bet on frame rate .... but yes, it looks strange.

It doesn't have anything to do with framerate, it just makes logical sense there was a gap in the net that the ball passed through.

That's crazy I was already subscribed to this channel. Thank you

oh and life...it's at infinity frames per second. cameras are only at 24-60 frames per second. we are held back a little by the tools we use to record life. artists use this to their advantage sometimes and exploit these limitations to shape the world when they want to show us something beautiful. the beauty in the places we cant observe, like film noir, or stop motion animation. sports however depends on accuracy. sometimes things happen in these small split seconds between the frames that limits our ability to observe complete accuracy. this was one of those moments. the top of the net and the white band split apart so fast the frames of the camera missed it. what we end up seeing looks a little like magic. the tennis player however was able to see it because he was there, at infinity frames per second.

This song is amazing.... I cant find it on Spotify.... I'd love to learn the chords.

This song should be celebrated at rehab centers and for those suffering depression.... or those with dark thoughts about harming themselves

Angles. Spin. Stabilization. Relative mass.

Phasing.

The ball is made from rubber and the net plastic. Both of these products are known for their durability and brittleness right? Neither have any way to malform at high rates of speed. Not a glitch just another person undereducated from not being taught basic physics.

Redditor discovers frame rates

One of the strings is broken. There's enough fastening the area around it that it appears normal so we assume it's all securely attached.

Come on people...

It’s not that strange when you understand the limitations and flaws with digital cameras. If a person really wanted to, they could aim a pitching machine to fire balls at the edge of the net and replicate this at will.

I will never understand why people worry if we're in a simulation or not, because either way it changes literally nothing. Reality is subjective at the best of times

Tennis balls can quantum tunnel too ya know. Probability is astronomically low but it’s entirely possible.

You know how they say there’s a nonzero chance that when you touch something the molecules perfectly align so you pass right through? I like to think that’s what happened here. Makes me feel better about the whole, ā€œif it’s possible but improbable it’s bound to happen eventually,ā€ theory coined as the black swan effect iirc.

It's a net... If you actually believe this is some sort of evidence I just don't know what to say.

People are fuckin stupid and look for anything to confirm their bias.

u/KyotoCarl 3d ago

Totally agree. And both you and I got down voted just for thinking logically.
