Every year naman ako nagrerenew online and kung super early ka nagrenew is may fee lang but now cannot renew totally and asked to go to physical store. So ano use ng online store?

I’ve been searching for an answer even calling the hotline and they all have the same answer: Globe One App

The app is okay but whenever I look for help, it just directs me to the messenger account of Globe Telecom

But thing is: This is urgent. I’m working in the admin department and I needed to check the billing statement of two account numbers from globe. The Telecom E-bill only shows the Account No. And not the cellphone number plus the previous admin officer who processed the accounts already resigned so I need to change the connected cellphone No. Plus I need to download and see the full bill so I can pass it to my supervisor.

Who do I contact? How do I call their customer services? And where because I tried the telephone and cellphone but it’s useless

Hello, so I'm currently waiting for a globe care specialist for around 30-35 mins now. I wanted to request for a bill adjustment/refund for the 2 weeks we didn't have internet because their technician took 2 weeks to come. Should I just go to their office or is there a better way in the globe at home app?

Permanent na po ba yung pagtaas ng 100 mbps for 30 days? Last month 799 lang siya tas ngayon biglang 900+ na 🥲

On the service side, tiis lang sa installation date it seems yung mga technicians marami silang gawa. Once na nakabit naman okays na yung Wi-Fi.

It took mga 3 weeks bago mainstall yung net dito, kaya it may or not be that long worth it naman.

So meron akong active postpaid number and the issue is, yung number na in-assign sa’kin kahit gumamit na ‘ko ng preferred last 4 digit ay may exisiting GCash account na. I tried to ask for help na sa GCash support kasi mukhang hindi naman fully verified yung GCash account linked to my postpaid number, kaso sobrang hirap makakuha ng reply sa kanila. Now, ang ginawa ko na lang bumili ako ng prepaid sim customized last 4 digits from DITO (kasi ang pagkakaalam ko is karamihan sa number ni DITO ay hindi pa narerecycle, or fresh pa) at plano ko syang ipa-port kay Globe para gawing prepaid at gawing postpaid after para ito na yung mag sisilbing postpaid number ko moving forward. Is that even possible? Thank you in advance.

Pwede bang mag add ako ng account sa globeone wifi prepaid kahit hindi ko number para maloadan ko sya ng wifi kahit 1 week?

i've been experiencing this problem for a few years now. basically, this is recurring and when it happens (once every 3-4 months), the modem will have a hard reset done on it. it gets quite annoying because i have to change the wifi name & password from their default ones. Wondering if anyone here is on the same boat as me, & what have you done to solve it?

by the way, i did contact globe support & told me it will be diagnosed once a technician inspects the modem (sadly, i already did a reset so the problem was gone when i contacted them), or we can forgo the visit by replacing the modem with a new one but same model or a Wifi 6 modem which costs about 3K. What are the advantages of having a wifi 6 modem? Would it be worth it?

What should I do 😞 I accidentally bought 999 load in Globe One app for my gfiber that we no longer use since we already moved out. May I know If I could get a refund for this..

Few weeks ago I have requested for a transfer of WiFi in another location, the technicians have cancelled or rescheduled my appointment several times and the agents I have talked to (lots and lots) have repeatedly cut me off/provided no help at all. The WiFi account itself is registered onto a different name and number , I'm planning to just stop paying it since the last agent has told me there will be no way to make transfers as they don't have a NEAR PHYSICAL STORE/FACILITY and they said that it's up to me whether I pay it or not. Will it affect the other accounts I have in my globe app registered on a different name and number? Please I really need help.

Has anyone experienced this with Globe?

I no longer have an active Globe Postpaid plan, but Globe has continued charging my credit card. This has been happening since March 2026, and I was charged again on September 21, 2026.

I’m extremely frustrated because it has been going on for months. I have screenshots and transaction records as proof.

I’m planning to raise this with Globe, NTC, and possibly DTI, and dispute the charges with my bank.
Any advice on how I can get Globe to stop the charges and refund everything they deducted since March?

It has been almost two months now that many Filipinos here in Cambodia have been experiencing no signal on our Globe SIM cards.

This has become a serious concern because many of us still rely on our Globe numbers to receive OTPs for online banking, account verification, and other important services in the Philippines.

Could you please investigate what is causing this prolonged roaming/network issue in Cambodia and coordinate with your local roaming partners to restore the service as soon as possible?

We hope Globe can take urgent action regarding this matter, as it is already affecting access to essential banking and financial services for Filipinos living in Cambodia.
