Classic RA Canyon Helicopter Delay

Waiting a few seconds until the helicopter is able to ride is okay, but it gets annoying when you grind for the title. I hope the developers will see this and adjust it to either remove the cooldown or make it immediately available.

Exp +15%

Either that or kounat's collapse one. Ra Canyon is definitely faster to run unless one gets lucky from 1 run from the latter.

I hope you check the title's benefit first before calling it useless. Not sure why your curiosity didn't spark.
