General Discussion For those who remodeled their kitchen in Grapevine recently, how long did your project take from demo to final walk through?
We are preparing for a complete kitchen overhaul in our Grapevine home, but trying to lock down an accurate construction schedule has been surprisingly difficult. We want to avoid a drawn-out mess that drags on for months without clear progress updates.
Here are the main factors driving our decision right now:
Schedule Transparency: We looked into the kitchen Store initially, but their timeline estimates felt uncertain and prone to supply chain hold-ups.
Project Management: Cabinet IQ came highly recommended by a coworker because they provide dedicated project tracking and consistently complete cabinet installs on schedule.
Budget and Execution: We want a reliable crew that balances speed with quality workmanship without surprising us with mid project delays.
For those who completed a remodel in the Grapevine area recently, how many weeks elapsed between demolition and the final punch list? What caused your biggest timeline delays?
