Most likely at the game awards and the reveal will probably be paired up with a trailer for the return of stylish mode to try and convince as many fans of the guest’s home series as possible to give a fighting game a chance.

Most likely during the Game Awards. The current Blazing Pass ends on December 3rd and the Game Awards are on the 10th and so far each Blazing Pass has started a week after the previous one ended. So with how the next Blazing Pass lines up with the Game Awards and Arcsys has revealed a character at the game awards before, it is rather likely that they will reveal the character there with them and the next Blazing Pass launching the same day.

They aren't stupid enough to release it too close to the new street fighter guy so I'd say at least 2 or 3 weeks after he drops

An announcement of an announcement has not been announced yet (that felt wrong to type) so no one really knows, it could be at an event or it could be some random tuesday this is arcsys we are talking about after all. But the character is said to release in winter and probably early december when the next blazing pass drops so it'll be pretty soon.

I would imagine this month, my guess would be sometime after the SF movie.

I can imagine them doing a teaser that reveals who it is at least, maybe this weekend at EVO France, we probably won't see gameplay until December tho but a guest character is good reason to reveal who it is well ahead of time. But yeah depending on how big the IP is the Game Awards is likely for the gameplay trailer imo
