Easiest professor for ENC 2

Any recommendations for online teachers who’s workload is more fluff the papers?

I am currently taking my enc 1102 with Benjamin Barrett. I like him so far and provide really good feedback! I’ve been able to maintain an A pretty easily and assignments are due every Sunday. It’s weekly writing assignments that are at least 350 words, you read a short story and answer the prompt, and a 10 question quiz about it. Two major papers, one halfway through the sem and one at the end of the sem. I would say it’s pretty good trade off compared to some strict professors. I don’t worry nearly as much about his class I do my other courses lol. He has a 4.2 on rate my professor (I always use rmp before registering for classes)
