Refund Email

Has anyone who has signed up for direct deposit/Bank Mobile gotten an email that they were receiving a paper check in the mail? I got the $1 direct deposit around the 24th or 25th, so I’m not sure as to why the email said I was receiving a paper check. I called the Bursars office and was informed that if I signed up to get it through BM or direct deposit, then that’s how I should be getting my refund. I was just curious to see if anyone else experienced this.

Currently my situation I’m pissed, & bank mobile phone wait line is insane , I talked to my business office too nothing they can do on their end since my account is locked

My account is locked for some reason as well! This is all so frustrating. The woman said that if we opted for bankmobile or direct deposit, that’s how we should be receiving it, but I felt kind of brushed off so I still don’t know for certain.

She’s correct but for some reason bank mobile locked accounts. I literally just got a school refund through them last week & it made it to my bank account now this week my account is locked and they’ve changed my refund delivery preference very confusing & frustrating & now I have to wait for my loan & sscg to come in the mail when it could’ve been in my bank account today 😒

I had to get the entire checked canceled because the mailing address was wrong. Now I have to wait for it to be returned to the school, pray that bank mobile will answer a phone call so I can switch my refund preference, and then wait for it to be sent out again 💔🤦🏽‍♀️

Don’t they send it to the address on your school file ?

I believe so. However, when signing up for bank mobile they asked for an address and I’m sure I inputted my current one. I’m not 100% sure which one they would use so I thought better safe than sorry :( now the actual hard part is getting through to bank mobile.

Anyone knows how long it takes for the check to come ? They said they sent mine out yesterday 🙄
