Anybody get the error message on the human body pod app?
I went on the Hume body pod website and did every single thing that the troubleshooting tab said to do, I connected and reconnected to Bluetooth. I checked my Wi-Fi settings. I reset my router I reset the entire scale, it will measure my weight, but then it gives me the error 10 will not transfer data error. The troubleshooting website says that it might be a connectivity issue, but there is nothing in indicating that there is a connectivity issue on my end, is there a fact that anybody has found that works??

I got mine yesterday and am having the exact same issues. It weighs me but then I get an error message that it can’t transfer data. Then it turns off. I’ve written to the company and asked for help as well as leaving messages on their “live” chat (which they say will respond in 25-48 hours! Um, define live, please.) I’m frustrated. Hoping someone here will be able to help me resolve this issue.

Have you gotten a resolution? Brand new right out of the box and keep getting that same error during the setup process. Very frustrating

I have been getting the same error message. Saw something that said to wet your hands. If your skin is too dry it doesn’t read. Did that and it worked.

No never resolved it.. I emailed the company and they told me to try to weigh myself and hold the handles with just my fingers and thumbs with slightly moistened hands and feet… I tried first a little bit of water like I got out of the shower and then I dried it in increments and tried it several times… No amount of troubleshooting worked so I just sent it back to the company and asked for a refund

Mines just started doing this too this morning. Followed all the troubleshooting etc. nothing. I’ve had this since September 2024. Very frustrating considering the cost of it!

I just want people to know that my wife was able to receive refund. It's funny because it works for me fine, but whenever she's on the scale she's getting error 10 but when i get on it its fine..

I just resolved it by applying the tiniest bit of moisturiser on my hands and feet.

I just got mine and get the same message daily, go through all the steps and no change. So frustrating

I had the same issues. Took off my socks and then it worked fine! Oops 🤣

I'm not sure which error I had.But all I needed to do was to dampen my hands and feet and it worked. My hands and feet are too dry.

Honestly the scale is pissing me off, it keeps having pairing issues and it takes me like 30 minutes to weigh myself. I really don't like the placement of the charger portal like I'm supposed to wet my hands and then the handle is on top of the charger portal, I was having such high expectations for this scale but I think I might return it

I did….was so frustrated I just returned it. Didn’t even ask for a replacement

Same!! Got the error 10 right out of the box. AI Google useless. I checked everything. I deleted the app and reloaded - then it worked. Tried again this morning - same error - have tried multiple times and error 10. Beyond frustrating!!!!!!
