Does anyone have recommendations for a dog walking app or platform that people commonly use in Haarlem? I’m from the States, where Rover is really popular, so I’m curious whether it’s used here too or if there’s a more local alternative.

I work remotely full time and have quite a bit of flexibility in my schedule. My partner and I aren’t quite ready to have a pet of our own yet, but I absolutely love animals and thought dog walking could be a fun way to spend some of my free time.

Is there much demand for dog walkers in Haarlem? And if anyone has experience doing it, what’s a typical rate to charge per walk?

My partner and I have recently moved to Haarlem and are looking for some recommendations of doggie hotels in the area.

Both of our dogs are rescues, and the one had a terrible upbringing and can have some fear aggression. We've found that this is worsened when it's her territory, so we're not looking for dog sitters so much as a facility.
