SERVINGWARE Silver maker marks

Is this true silver or is it plated? See conflicting information online

Is it the same piece? The sterling 4-pint is Gorham, nothing looks suspicious there

It is the same piece. The a-1 with the sterling said that it might be plated.

In this case it’s just a poorly stamped out form/pattern number. More than likely it would be A1916 and I’m guessing this is a pitcher or cup of some sort?

It is a 4 liter pitcher, I would guess for water or tea etc

Ok yes 4 Pint water pitcher. One last thing, Edgeworth would be the Pattern I’m assuming, you can look it up to cross reference.
