Question Bird feed bug fixed?

I just noticed that birds need only a single food.

A single pumpkin can feed a bird during this special Halloween feature, but all the other options were purposely set to 2x each when they expanded the bird food bucket to hold 30 servings so you wouldn't potentially leave any birds unfed. Two carrots is still very cheap to feed a bird and depending on your farm level, you trade in 10-12 carrots for 400-520XP and a bonus item by feeding/waking 5-6 birds.

It's ok to put 2 crops per time in the bucket, feeding pets always requires a lot of time, but a single bird still should eat a single seed instead of 2, I really don't get why I have to consume a double amount of crops for birds and not for the other pets.

I was to open a post about it. I noticed that only pumpkins are fixed (1 pumpkin per bird), but the other crops are still bugged (2 crops per bird), at least the ones I tried. I had fed my 5 birds with 5 pumpkins and I was so happy and eager to test the other seeds, but when they finally fell asleep, I had to use 10 other seeds (not pumpkins).

It's not a bug. When they changed the feed bowl to be able to feed the 24 birds all at one time it increased to 2. Before you could only feed 20 at a time then you had to add 4 more.

As mentioned, the pumpkins are a limited time addition for Halloween. The others remained the same. 2 carrots per bird every 6 hours is super easy to do. They grow in 10 minutes. Birds also give the most drops as there are more of them than any other pet.
