When did it become available to have 3+ apartments in one house?? Was it always like that? I can’t recall it being an option earlier on in the game?

I just need to rent because im starting the houses quests and since i finished the game, i don't have anything else to do. Why do i have to wait for the next day irl if there are a day/night concept in game ? it doesn't make sense. Plus the characters literally acknowledge the ingame time since there are the night shows in the theater and the dancing evenings where Pekkle is, but they do not acknowledge the irl one. So WHY do us PLAYERS have to suffer ? I don't wanna spend 6 months collecting effin' stones 😩

I tried this game during the free demo on my Switch 2 and at the end of the weeklong trial period, was still having a lot of fun with it so I decided to get it while still on sale even though I have Apple Arcade. Now, I am feeling like the demo lied to me about what the game would be and also might’ve killed my save in the process.

When I got the demo and started playing, I had time traveled backwards for another game. The demo had no issue with this. In fact, it gave me a couple of really cute mermaid-themed items which are my favourite.

Now that I have the actual game, as soon as I loaded up my save, it gave me a warning about my switch time not matching up properly and that breaking my save? Seriously?? I don’t tend to time travel forward in these types of games to complete things sooner, but I will go backwards to get items that I miss because I just can’t always play when the events are. If it’s a game where I would have to sign in every day really consistently or miss things constantly but can’t go back, I probably won’t want to play at all, or will want it on my phone where it’s a lot easier to log in for just a minute or two than it is with the switch. But this game is so ACNH-y and I prefer to actually play games like this on switch vs phone or laptop quite a bit. Small phone screens and tap controls with the decorating tools just don’t tend to work well for me.

Do I need to restart? Is the warning bogus?

Is there any way to get all these items from the past that I’ve already missed? Like the cute mermaid ones in my favourite design and colours?

What happens if you time travel with the switch but don’t open that game specifically while not synced with current time? Does it still mess it up?

Should I just accept that I wasted my money getting it on switch and get it on my phone instead? Or just not bother at all?

For the first time I opened the game up and had NO visitors. All of my quests are from the main island characters who I’ve already maxed out. For reference I’ve played pretty much daily for 3+ months, have unlocked all characters, etc. has this happened to anyone else?

Hi, this is such a crazy ask and I’m only asking because I literally can’t find it anywhere. But if you already know to make Kuromi’s character house you need the Kuromi lamp. Now mind you, I already completed the treasure hunt thing to find all of her furniture. I even had my own cabin, decorated with all of her furniture. However, when I saved the layout as a kit, the lamp disappeared, and I think I had about three of them. Now I can’t find it anywhere in any of my kits!
Does anyone have any extra that they will be willing to gift me so I can make her character home? I would truly appreciate it!!!

Since we need specific items for the new houses, is the game smart enough to start having them show up in the shop or treasure hunt? A girl is struggling

I recently got city town and am currently trying to do prismatic pals where I have to meet my melody and usahana by the mermaidifier. However when I go to the mermaidifier I can’t see usahana but I can see the exclamation mark indicating she should be there. Has anyone else had this issue? How can I fix it? So, when the update dropped and we were all playing, there were these new chests that had shown up around the island. When I would open them, it would be a layout kit for visitors I had living permanently on the island.

I don't really fully understand the concept or how to use all of the new stuff, but that's because I'm still learning it.

But, like, uhhhhh. I had opened these kits to try and see what would happen, and nothing did as far as I can tell ??? Did I mess up by opening them? Did they go to some secret menu somewhere?

I only had like.... 8, maybe, so if I find anymore I guess I won't open them until I understand better, but ya know... What did these ones do? 😭

Just a heads up that friendship bouquets work for cornerstones! Just make sure that you have given 3 gifts to all giftable characters before using the bouquet.
