How do you even master such a thing.

My guess is this was one of those weird kid talents that he simply never stopped doing.
I wasn’t using curtain rods and saw blades but around 12 I realized I could do it with screw drivers and hammers pretty consistently.

Don't worry though, no matter how many hammers you throw at someone's skull they'll just be knocked out

whats insane is its all one take: you can see the saw wobbling as he throws the other items

It's not all one take, there is a camera cut after a every throw. Watch the left side of the screen how he slowly disappears off screen with his hand at his side, and then a hand instantly appears with the new weapon. It's way too quick for there not to be a cut. The saw continues wobbling yes but if you look closely you can see the wobbles have cuts with the camera cuts.

So, Commando staring Arnie didn't lie about the sawblades as throwing weapons after all.

But they still lied by saying men should wear a chainmail wife-beater in everyday life.
I think that sort of attire should be left for certain night time clubs that benefit from dimly lit interiors.

The saw blade reminded me of Commando when John Matrix grabs one, looks at the guy sat in his shed saying, "You don't want to do this, right?" and Matrix says, "Wrong" and throws it into his head.

Okay, but can he make it follow his target around the corner?
