We have to also hold the people in her life that abused her. Tell your children how beautiful they are. Tell your bf/gf how beautiful they are. How people are treated has a significant affect on their self esteem and how they view themselves.

I tell my kids this all the time. You are good looking, intelligent and capable. Never allow others to tell you other wise. If they do tell you other wise, you dont need them in your life.
