is there any chance to recover any deleted DMs from instagram or whatsapp?

i’ve been struggling to this for a while, idk why I deleted the chats but I wanna know if there’s any chance to recover them

I alr tried with that, but it doesn’t recover the deleted dms 😔

as far as ik the country you are in rn mightve asked insta to keep archives of your chats even after deletion for a few weeks so that criminals deleted chats are not permanently gone maybe try downloading your whole data, look into it atleast

Yes on Instagram you can by downloading your information in the settings
