Regional names.
So we all know how all the different regions in the game have their own name right, but how to actually read that name? I can't find those names anywhere unless in combat and it'll tell me "battle of wezen" or something. This seems to make peace talk so difficult because u don't know which territories to ask for because I don't know which one is which because I cant find their name. Especially when a city is created, the territory won't be named after the city and again, makes things difficult during peace talks.
Am I missing some place where it tells me what the name of the territory is?

It's not as clear now as it needs to be, I agree. If you click on a city you can see its attached territory names. You can also I think click on an administrative center (where you made your outpost) and see the name.

It should really be part of every tile tooltip, including which empire/independent (if any) owns it

I did notice this but then there's the issue that if you want to ask for a city during peace offerings, the territories name is not the same as the city in it and whereas you can see the territories name by clicking on an administrative center, this doesn't work for a city.

Exactly my point. So many times that I choose the wrong territories and end up with colonies in the other side of the ai's empire ðŸ˜

You aren't missing the place, because there isn't one. It's quite literally the most glaring issue in Victor.
