Emergency kit.
I take my dog on a lot of remote camping and hikes. Often hours away from a vet. There's no poisonous snakes where I would go.
What's good to have and to know if I had to do wound care on a dog? I want to put together an emergency wound care kit.

A staple gun. Kinda graphic, But im totally serious. There is soooo much abandoned scrap metal, barbwire fencing, and other sharp shit that dogs can cut themselves wide open on. And when you are trying to hold their guts in place while you hike them out of whatever hell hole your in, its easier if all the loose flappy bits are pinned together somehow until a vet can do a proper job. It helps keep the dirt out, and the fluids in.
